Teledime gathers certain types of information about our customers and users. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Who are we?

TELEDIME PTE Ltd., is a Singapore private company that specializes in Software development providing software solutions to Wholesale Telecommunication Providers worldwide. Teledime has two offices one and Singapure and one in Switzerland.

What kinds of voluntary information do we gather?

Our site and email communications may contain links to subscribe, or opt in, and receive special information and publications. For example, Teledime may sponsor an email newsletter, and you may subscribe to this email and other communications from us. Any communication send to you will contain an option to opt out of future communications.

Teledime may occasionally conduct customer satisfaction surveys. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our sponsors, advertisers, and partners. However Teledime never shares any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

Users of Teledime services store in the Teledime servers data in form of customer information, dialplans, Pricelists, CDRs and invoices. WeNEVER disclose or share any of this information with any third party.

What other types of information do we gather?

Information Teledime gathers through aggregated tracking information is derived mainly by tallying user logins, page views etc. throughout our site and system pages. This information allows us to better tailor our content and services to readers' needs. Under no circumstances does Teledime divulge any information about an individual user to any third party.

Teledime tracks user traffic patterns throughout our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Teledime does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

Teledime sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

What information we share with others?

As a normal part of our business we sometimes use other companies to provide services to you or to provide services to us. Because of this, we might need to share your information with them. When we do so, we require these companies to deal with the data provided by us only in the way we tell them to and to behave in line with relevant data privacy laws.

We may also share your information with other companies so that they can contact you with details of other products or services you may be interested in. We will only do this if you have agreed to this and where the companies agree to use your information for that purpose only. If you have agreed to receive information about products and services from another company and later decide not to you will need to contact that company yourself to let them know. You can of course ask us not to continue to provide your information to any more companies in future.
